Wellness Center Benefit

Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems will pay a portion of an employees membership at the NCK Wellness Center after they have been employed for 90 days. Membership rates will be deducted through Payroll. Based on the amount of times an employee utilizes the facility, they could earn their premiums back at the end of the year.

●Annual TB Tests
●Hepatitis B Vaccination
●Annual Health Assessment Questionnaire (blood pressure checks, medication changes, etc.)
●Annual Flu Shots
