Quality Coordinator
Position Summary
Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems is currently seeking a full-time Quality Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive mindset to join our team. Works collaboratively with physicians, leaders and teams to create a culture of positive, effective quality assurance and patient safety.
Qualifications
●Associate degree or Technical degree required, Bachelor degree preferred ●Healthcare experience required

●Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ●Knowledge of tools and techniques of quality performance measurement and data ●Commitment to motivate, educate, support and encourage ●Extensive attention to detail, data collection, and accurate data entry for multiple platforms ●Ability to read, abstract, synthesize, and analyze medical record information and data ●Knowledge of hospital regulations and compliance ●Develop and maintain expert knowledge of measure and indicator-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria for assigned measure sets ●Strategic planning and project improvement skills ●Strong computer and typing skills
