Assistant Director of Nursing - RCC
Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our national award-winning Resident Care Center (RCC) team. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and MDS/Care Plan Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of the department. Key responsibilities include the planning, organization, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing and support services. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, oversight, development, and retention of employees, creating a collaborative culture for exceptional care. Hours are primarily Monday – Friday with weekday and weekend on-call rotations.
Qualifications:
●Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state of Kansas
●Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
●Long-term care and/or management experience preferred
