Quality Coordinator
Position Summary
Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems is currently seeking a full-time Quality Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive mindset to join our team. Works collaboratively with physicians, leaders and teams to create a culture of positive, effective quality assurance and patient safety.

Qualifications
Associate degree or Technical degree required, Bachelor degree preferred
Healthcare experience required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of tools and techniques of quality performance measurement and data
Commitment to motivate, educate, support and encourage
Extensive attention to detail, data collection, and accurate data entry for multiple platforms
Ability to read, abstract, synthesize, and analyze medical record information and data
Knowledge of hospital regulations and compliance
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of measure and indicator-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria for assigned measure sets
Strategic planning and project improvement skills
Strong computer and typing skills
